      Our policy is we want you to love your decor, so you have 30 days to return your item.

      • If you item is defective or damaged, we will send you a return label and a refund ASAP.
      • No longer want your purchase? Return it for a FULL REFUND within the return window. We will attempt to make this as easy as possible.

      If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or packed with same care.

      Y'all some things are exempt from being returned like final sale, perishable, personal and gift cards. 

      How to return?

      • Defective or damaged? Email us a photos of the item and a description along with your order number some additional info maybe required by shipping company.
      • No longer want the item? Take a minute and reassess your vignette, design is a process. Your initial instinct was probably right once you live with it the "change" reaction will go away and we bet you will love it. Okay it doesn't always work out so, send us an email replying to your confirmation email with your order number asking to return. Once authorize send us item and when we get it, we will give you a full refund! To make it easy we can send you a return label and deduct it from your return.

       

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
