Blend is a high-end home décor retailer based in Jacksonville that offers its employees a supportive atmosphere to be creative with your home décor skills. The Position: We are looking for Retail Design Consultant aka: Retail Sales Associate. The pay range we are offering is $15+ based on experience.

  • You will have the chance to design vignettes in the store with the most on trend and classic décor available.
  • Work directly with some of Jacksonville’s best interior decorators.
  • Be a part of the buying team that select the products we sell.

Requirements:

  • Only apply if you have proven history of retail sales experience.
  • An ability to sell high end products to discerning customers.
  • A capability for administrative tasks and organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Helping customers with décor advice.
  • Selling while providing a wonderful customer experience.
  • Retail store administrative functions.

Days will be flexible, around 20 hours per week. We are a retail store, so two Saturdays per month and additional hours during holiday periods will be required.

 

We are located in Historic Avondale, which might just be the best place to be in all of Jacksonville. Great food, shopping, and strolling abound.
